PROFILES

Profiles based on thermoplastic vinyl resins of the highest quality, with high resistance to aging, to the aggressive action of alkaline acid substances and to mechanical stress. They are used, depending on their cross-section and shape, in expansion joints, in construction joints and in any type of structure (civil, industrial, etc.), in order to give the latter a perfect hydraulic seal.
Any building work requires appropriate structural breaks to allow free movement caused by settling, thermal expansion of materials, deformation under load. A structural joint has the twofold task of absorbing such movements at predetermined points of the structure, without causing cracks and fissures in adjacent areas, and of waterproofing the interstice from the ingress of water, air and foreign bodies. Structures in contact with water or moisture must be designed and built with great care, so that the joints are watertight.
